Daniel Wolfgram, Senior Vice President - Investment Officer

As a founding member of the Wolfgram-Diol Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Dan brings 40-plus years of experience to serving as an advisor to individuals, families and institutions. Dan endeavors to help his clients meet their investment planning needs by developing a comprehensive strategy based on their long-term goals and risk tolerances. He has been designated a Premier Advisor since 2009. The Premier Advisors designation is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by business production, completion of educational components and professionalism.

Dan's undergraduate degree is from Ripon College and he has an MBA in management and marketing from Indiana University. He holds eight securities registrations, including Series 63 and 65 registrations and supervisory registrations. He is registered in 29 different U.S. states.

Dan's commitment extends to the betterment of the communities in which he works and lives. He served 13 years on the Barrington Hills Plan Commission, the last five years as Chairman. Currently he is serving as Chairman of the Barrington Hills Zoning Board of appeals. He enjoys boating, reading, working out and especially, spending time with his wife, Joan, and their three grown children's families. 

Stephan Diol, CRPC®, First Vice President - Investment Officer

Since 1999, Steve has helped clients in different phases of their lives address their financial concerns and develop sound strategies by focusing on each individual's specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, he has dedicated his career to delivering the comprehensive investment planning services those clients and their families deserve, helping them to maximize their retirement income and reach their goals.

Steve earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Illinois State University, and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He also holds Series 7 and 65 registrations, the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) certification, and the Accredited Domestic Partnership AdvisorSM designation. Steve has been recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager* from 2012 to 2016.

Giving back to the community is important to Steve. Over the past 12 years he has coached youth baseball, softball and soccer. He is a founding member of the Wauconda High School foundation that helps raise funding for classroom technology. He also mentors students in the Future Business Leaders of America club at Wauconda High School. Out of the office, Steve enjoys bicycling, boating and spending time with his family.

1) Credentialed as a registered investment adviser or a registered investment adviser representative; 
2) Active as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of five years; 
3) Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through Five Star Professional's consumer complaint process**); 
4) Fulfilled their firm review based on internal firm standards;

**To qualify as having a favorable regulatory and complaint history for this award, the person cannot have (1) been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine, (2) had more than a total of three customer complaints filed against them (settled or pending) with any regulatory authority or Five Star Professional's consumer complaint process, (3) individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint filed with a regulatory authority, (4) filed for bankruptcy, or (5) been convicted of a felony.

2012 -2,970 wealth managers were considered for the award; 780 (27% of candidates) were named Five Star Welath Managers.

2013 - 3,998 wealth managers were considered for the award; 782 (20% of candidates) were named Five Star Wealth Managers.

2014 - 8,161 wealth managers were considered for the award; 744 (10% of candiates) were named Five Star Wealth Managers

2015 - 5,833 wealth managers were considered for the award; 716 (13% of candidates) were named Five Star Wealth Managers.

2016 - 3,411 wealth managers were considered for the award; 726 (22% of candidates) were named Five Star Wealth Managers.

Jonathan VanderVeen, Financial Advisor

Jonathan works with individuals and families to develop wealth management strategies that are designed to help them feel confident about their futures, experience financial freedom and achieve their life goals in retirement. Most importantly, he gets to know each client to individualize his approach and provide advice that is aligned with their unique situations. He believes long-term relationships are the key to a successful outcome and that the trust of his clients is earned.

Since Jonathan grew up around the industry, he is well-versed in the nuances of wealth management. His father, uncle and brother are all investment planning professionals. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Butler University. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, he was a financial solutions advisor and a land broker in commercial real estate. An outdoor enthusiast, he lives in Gilberts, Illinois with his wife, Tiffany. 

Mina Borré, Senior Registered Client Associate

Mina brings insight and problem-solving skills to her support of clients' investment planning needs.
Strong in math, she has found working with numbers involved in finance is her strong suit.

Her dedication has been recognized by the firm with a Premier Client Associate designation from
2012 to 2016. The Premier Client Associate designation is designed to recognize outstanding branch support team members who embody the firm's core values such as service, respect, integrity and teamwork.

Mina began her career at Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007. She holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations and Illinois insurance license. She received her BSBA in finance and management from Columbia College of Missouri.

She enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her husband and children. Mina also volunteers regularly at her local food bank and for Misericordia, a network of services for Chicago area children and adults with developmental disabilities. 

Linda Kozlowski, Senior Registered Client Associate

A 31-year professional in the financial services industry, Linda is focused on portfolio administration and service support. Linda is dedicated to providing an outstanding and consistent client
service experience. She has been named a Premier Client Associate since 2010 and has served on the firm's National Ambassador Program to help evaluate new programs and ideas and provide feedback on firm initiatives. The Premier Client Associate award is designed to recognize outstanding branch support team members who embody the firm's core values such as service, respect, integrity and teamwork.

She holds the following securities registrations: Series 7 and Series 66 as well as an Illinois insurance license.

She enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with her husband Dan and 7 children and their families.  Linda's commitment to her community includes volunteering at the Northern Illinois Foodbank as well as providing registration help for the Avon 39 Walk for Breast Cancer. She is active at her church, St. Thomas the Apostle, in Crystal Lake.
